The Mentor Certificate learning path expands and grows the responsibility and accountability of the servant leader from practitioner to mentor through a focus on stewardship and community of practice. As a servant leader mentor, leaders within this series will learn how to guide organizational mindsets and coach individual leaders to become more people-centred in their approaches and practices.

Episode 2 – Using Indirect Influence and Impact - Using our influence and conceptualization to engage and expand other’s perspectives on the impacts and opportunities of servant leadership.

Episode 3 – Influence Through Shared Purpose - Using purpose to create alignment and value all as a strategy to influence others.

Episode 4 – Influencing Upwards - Shifting overall approaches to influence decision making at higher levels of organizations using persuasion and conceptualization.

Episode 3- Building servant-based teams - Identifying core values, beliefs and practices within teams that promote the following of servant leadership.    

Episode 4- Training and teaching servant-led teams - Tools tips and tactics to train and teach team members within a servant- led team

Episode 5- Conflict Resolution - Dealing with difficult conversations and resolving conflict within teams through a servant approach.
