Servant Leadership - Level: Executive
The Servant Leadership Executive Certificate, launching soon, is a Leadership Development program tailored specifically for executives and senior leaders who are looking to use their positions of influence to help others, transform the way their organizations operate, improve organizational performance, and be of service for the greater good. This course will focus on:
Building a shared organizational purpose aligned with the vision and mission.
Developing an organizational culture based on Servant Leadership values.
Encouraging creativity and alignment from all stakeholders through collaborative organizational strategy development.
Understanding and measuring the impact of your investment in your people based on growth, productivity, engagement, and experience.
