Kolbe A Index

The Kolbe Assessment (Kolbe A Index), measures four universal human instincts used in creative problem solving. The Kolbe Corporation refers to these universal instincts as the Four Action Modes®. These four modes are captured in the Kolbe Index, enabling individuals, teams and even entire organizations with key understanding of what makes them tick. 

Backed by 40 years of scientific research and validation, Kolbe Indexes are fun and easy to complete online in less than 20 minutes. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers to the multiple-choice questions in a Kolbe Index. Results are delivered dynamically online.


Talentsmart Emotional Intelligence Appraisal- ME Edition

Emotional intelligence is the “something” in each of us that is a bit intangible. It affects how we manage behavior, navigate social complexities, and make personal decisions that achieve positive results. Emotional intelligence is made up of four core skills that pair up under two primary competencies: personal competence and social competence.

Imperative Personal Purpose Assessment

The Purpose Assessment is a workplace preference instrument used to determine what derives meaning for someone at work. It was derived from analyzing patterns across individual purpose statements. Imperative discovered that there are 24 patterns that underlie effective purpose statements. They are combinations of the answers to three critical questions: Who do I serve? Why do I serve? How do I serve? This is what the Purpose Assessment measures. 

The Imperative Purpose Archetype comes from one of the 24 purpose patterns that best aligns with a psychological profile. That profile is identified through 30 psychographic questions prompting users with multiple choice (preference testing) or a Likert scale. These answers correlate to a WHO, WHY, and HOW result, Purpose Drivers, and in combination provide the Purpose Archetype. Imperative uses the results of the assessment to provide additional recommendations and insights. The Imperative Purpose Assessment has been administered over 100,000 times globally across multiple industries.
