Our training costs cover all of your expenses for the session, including: 

• Access to online pre-work sessions 

• Two days of in-person training with Servant Leadership Academy Facilitators and Staff

• All materials, including the Servant Leadership Practitioner Workbook, so you can capture your thoughts and retain core concepts and theory. 

• Two personal assessments - Kolbe Conative Assessment and Talent Smart EQ Assessment

• Lunches for both days, as well as snacks and drinks to keep you motivated and on-task

• A last-day graduation celebration, including access to two top golf bays to enjoy post-session on Thursday. 

• A special thank-you gift from Servant Leadership Academy

Currently, Servant Leadership Academy is not associated with any accreditation organization like SHRM, IC Agile, or the Project Management Institute. However, we are working on becoming recognized by these organizations and others.

The Kolbe Assessment (Kolbe A Index). measures four universal human instincts used in creative problem-solving. 

Kolbe Indexes are fun and easy to complete online in less than 20 minutes. A Kolbe Index has no "right" or "wrong" answers to the multiple-choice questions. Results are delivered dynamically online.

At Servant Leadership Academy, we use them as part of our self-awareness process, allowing leaders to better understand how and why they take action and how to better understand their instinctual selves.

No, unfortunately your registration does not cover costs associated with travel or accommodations.

It wouldn’t be a Servant Leadership Academy event without food and refreshments for our leaders! We will take excellent care of you while you are with us, ensuring that you have plenty of food, snacks, and refreshments during your training. 

Have food allergies? We’ll connect with you closer to the event to gather any restrictions for meals and snacks, but feel free also to contact us ahead of time to let us know of your dietary needs.

Things happen. Sometimes, issues or circumstances are either unseeable or out of our control, and we have to change our plans to adjust. We understand that and have created registration terms that cover these situations.
